The Quick Model B3 is a round water heater that produces water from an incoloy electric heating element that is fitted with an adjustable safety bi-thermostat. This unit is equipped with a heat exchanger composed of AISI 316L stainless steel with a capacity that is notably higher than that achieved from other manufacturers. The interior of the tank is made of 1.5 mm gauge AISI 316 stainless steel welded with Argon shielding gas which enables it to be highly resistant to corrosive agents. The exterior of the tank is composed of a highly durable plastic composite material. The unit has thermal insulation composed of high density polyurethane foam which is injected between the cover and tank thus providing excellent heat retention properties. The boilers are equipped with a heat exchanger for the engine cooling water. The B3 unit also comes with adjustable metal brackets which provide more flexibility for mounting when dealing with tight spaces. This unit comes equipped with the water heater, mounting brackets, and 4 brass fittings.
